Researchers: Number of obese children drops slightly
Researchers say the number of young children who are obese or extremely obese is starting to go down.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says the number of obese children between the ages of 2 and 4 dropped slightly between 2003 and 2004.
The study looked at kids from low-income families.
While the change was very small, researchers say it's a sign that obesity prevention could be working.
