Casey introduces Tax Cut Act of 2013
A senator from Pennsylvania wants to give businesses across the country an incentive to add to their payrolls.
Senator Bob Casey is unveiling a piece of legislation he's calling the Small Business Tax Cut Act of 2013.
It would give a tax break to businesses that hire new workers and increase wages.
The amount of the credit depends on how much money the business invests.
Casey says he believes it's the best way to create jobs at a faster pace.
