Pennsylvania's new top cop is saying no to privatizing the Pennsylvania Lottery.
Attorney General Kathleen Kane has rejected Governor Tom Corbett's contract with Britain's Camelot Global Services.
She says the deal violates the state constitution.
Corbett says he disagrees and he's reviewing his legal options.
Corbett, who's a Republican, can challenge the decision of Kane, who's a Democrat.
Corbett believes Camelot can raise more money for the state's seniors than the state can.
Democratic lawmakers and lottery union workers disagree and they sued to stop the deal.
