Belt-tightening by Governor Corbett means there's a lot less cash coming out of Harrisburg for economic development.
The Corbett Administration has released the details on its economic growth initiative grants for 2012.
Officials are handing out $125 million for 54 projects including $11 million for four Lehigh Valley projects.
In 2011 state funding totaled $4 billion with more than $72 million going to the Lehigh Valley.
Corbett says the program had become unsustainable and took steps to reform the grant application and selection process.
