Pa won't set up own health care exchange

Pennsylvania is taking New Jersey's lead in dealing with part of the new federal health care law.
Governor Tom Corbett says Pennsylvania will not set up its own health care exchange under the Affordable Care Act.
That means the federal government will do it.
Corbett says the planning has been haphazard and setting up an exchange would be irresponsible.
New Jersey Governor and fellow Republican Chris Christie made the same decision last week.
