Police have nabbed the second person wanted on murder charges in the deadly shooting of a Reading man over the weekend.

William Roman Martinez was nabbed late Thursday morning at North Eighth and Washington streets.

Police said they were acting on a tip and surveying an area when they spotted Martinez getting into a car. Undercover officers followed him for several blocks until they made the apprehension.

Martinez's arrest comes a day after Juan Otero Roman surrendered to police.

Both men are accused of killing Maximino Cruz on Mulberry Street early Sunday morning.
