Some artists are making bold strokes in Berks County.

A large crowd was on hand Friday night at the Goggleworks Center of the Arts in Reading for the eighth annual Frank Scott Memorial Art Show.

The event is a tribute to jazz and honors legendary jazz musician Frank Scott.

More than 60 works of art were display.

Amy Schade, of Birdsboro, took home the first prize.
