Bank robbery suspect arrested in Reading

READING, Pa. -

Reading police have a suspect in custody after a Friday bank robbery in the city.

Police arested Terry Heffelfinger, 34, Saturday morning.

They said he robbed the Citizens Bank on North 9th Street in Reading around 3:30pm Friday.

Police said Heffelfinger was staying at a motel in Temple.

Inside his room, police said they found money stained with bank dye. 

They said Heffelfinger also tried to exchange some of the cash for quarters at a laundromat nearby.
