ALSACE TWP., Pa -

State police are looking for a man they said made quick work of a robbery Monday afternoon.

The holdup happened around 2:40 p.m. at the Sunoco store on Pricetown Road, near Antietam Road, in Alsace Twp., Berks Co., when police said a man carrying a gun burst inside and grabbed $273 from the cash register.

The robber, described as a white or Latino man in his mid-20s, took off from the store on a red bicycle, heading south toward Woodside Avenue, police said.

The incident took only about 40 seconds, and no one was injured in the robbery, police reported.

The robber is believed to be around 5 feet, 9 inches with a husky build. He was wearing a yellow hat, white long sleeve shirt and blue jean shorts at the time of the robbery, according to officials.
