Blandon area woman pleads guilty to fraud charges

A woman from the Blandon area has pleaded guilty to charges of mail fraud and tax fraud.

Sheila Jameson set up a shell corporation and used the postal service as part of an embezzlement scheme, officials said.

Jameson would use bogus invoices and ended up taking nearly $1.8 million while she worked at EnerSys in Bern Township. The company makes batteries.
