Carlos Perez Rodriguez sentenced for assaulting driver of moving bus

A man has been ordered to prison for sexually assaulting a female bus driver while the bus was in motion with passengers on board.
Carlos Perez Rodriguez was sentenced to four to 12 years behind bars.
Rodriguez, of Reading, was not wearing pants when he placed a plastic bag over the driver's head while the bus was traveling along Route 422 in Montgomery County in March 2011.
The driver was able to fight off Rodriguez, avoiding what police said could have been a catastrophe.
