Police in Berks County are investigating a crash that closed a highway for several hours.

Police said the crash happened around 4:30 a.m. Sunday on Route 419 in Tulpehocken Township.

We're told a car hit a utility pole and knocked down some wires.

Route 419 was closed in this area for several hours following the crash.

There's no word on the name or condition of the people involved in the wreck.
