OLEY TWP., Pa. -

Oley Township will be home to a new Dunkin Donuts.

The township's zoning hearing board unanimously signed off on the plans Tuesday night.

The Dunkin Donuts will be built on Route 73 at the site of the old Oley Legion Diner.

The developer says the plans have been in the works for a while.

"It's been a year-long journey and we're ecstatic," said developer Mark Zlocki. "Like I told the board I appreciated all their consideration and a lot of the work that's gone through with the supervisors and the zoning board. So we're on cloud nine right now."

He says he plans to open in 60 to 90 days.
