Firm: Fewer people delinquent in trash, recycling payments
Cash-strapped Reading is getting a bit of a break.
According to the collection firm helping the city recover delinquent trash and recycling fees, more people are paying their bills.
The Portnoff law firm said it's collected $500,000 this year.
The firm said the number of delinquent accounts has fallen by 25 percent since 2009.
