Giant to open store near Kutztown

MAXATAWNY TWP., Pa. -

Giant is planning to move into a new shopping center near Kutztown.

The grocery chain is building a store at the Maxatawny Market Place in Maxatawny Township.

The store will employ 150 people when construction wraps up in April.

Township officials said no other tenants are set to move into the center just yet.
