Governor Mifflin holds "mini-THON"
Some Governor Mifflin students won't be getting any sleep Friday as they join the fight against pediatric cancer.
This district is holding a 12 hour "mini-THON" that goes until 7 a.m.
It's modeled after Penn State's THON event, which was held last weekend.
There's plenty of things to keep the students moving, including dancing, swimming, and volleyball.
They'll also enjoy a midnight pasta buffet to keep their energy up.
Students hope to raise $20,000 for the Four Diamonds Fund at Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital.
