Gunfire rings out in Reading

Police in Reading are working on getting more information about a shooting in the city Monday night.
It happened around 10:30 p.m. in the 600 block of North 12th Street.
Police said a man was shot in the lower back but the injuries appear to be non-life threatening.
The victim is not cooperating with police, they say.
Police have not said what sparked the shooting.
