READING, Pa. -

The historic Abraham Lincoln Hotel in downtown Reading officially has a new owner.

A deal worth more than $5 million was completed Tuesday afternoon and includes the sale of the building's parking garage.

Developer Alan Shuman says he's planning $10 million in renovations and says he wants the reshape it into Berks County's only historic grand hotel.

The hotel first opened back in 1930.
