A Reading man who filed a lawsuit claiming a federal roadside study violated his rights has settled with the group behind the study.

Ricardo Nieves and the "Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation" reached an agreement.

Earlier this week, Nieves reached a settlement with the city officials named in the suit.

Nieves had claimed his rights were violated when he was questioned about his driving habits and asked to provide a saliva sample during a traffic stop in Reading in December.
