A local woman says sharing the stage with one of her favorite bands was a dream come true.

Rebecca Potts of Bern Twp., Berks Co., got to sing with Train at the Mann Center in Philadelphia this past weekend.

Potts landed the gig by submitting a video to the band on Twitter. She said she loves the song, "Bruises," and she was excited to sing it live.

"They finally got to my song, and he introduced me and I went out and it was incredible," said Potts. "I mean, the spotlight was on me, so I couldn't really see the audience. The Mann Center, I think, holds about 14,000 people, so I'd never sung in front of an audience like that before."

Potts said she hopes to do more singing in the future.
