A former DeSales University employee has admitted to spying on a coworker while she was pumping breast milk.

John Bednarik pleaded guilty Friday to one count of invasion of privacy and two counts of attempted invasion of privacy.

Bednarik, of Blandon, Berks Co., was fired from his job at DeSales after police said he used a video camera to watch his fellow employee pump her breast milk.

Bednarik, the former director of campus development for DeSales, was later charged with trying to spy on two women at the school's gym.

Bednarik has been sentenced to nine to 21 months in prison and 15 months of probation.
