READING, Pa. -

Country music singer and songwriter Carrie Underwood is taking her show back on the road.

During an appearance on ABC's "Good Morning America" on Tuesday, Underwood announced that she will be promoting her new album, "Blown Away," by launching a headline North America arena tour in September.

Underwood will take the stage at the Sovereign Center in Reading for the fourth time on Sept. 20. Tickets will go on sale May 18.

“I can’t wait to get back out on the road and perform new music from my new album for my fans,” Underwood said. “We have a lot of exciting things planned!”

Her stop in Reading will be Underwood's fifth on "The Blown Away Tour," which will also include an international run of shows this summer, including her first-ever United Kingdom concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London on June 21.

Underwood is donating $1 from each ticket sold on the North American leg of her tour to Red Cross disaster relief efforts. The donation, Underwood said, will help the Red Cross provide shelter, food, and emotional support for those in need after a disaster.

Proceeds from her U.S. concerts will go to the American Red Cross; the Canadian Red Cross will benefit from her concerts in Canada.

Underwood brought her two previous tours -- 2008's "Carnival Ride Tour" and 2010's "Play On Tour" -- to the Sovereign Center, ending both years as the top-ranked female country touring artist. She was also in Reading on the "American Idols Live" tour in 2005.
