Charges dropped against teacher accused of relationship with student

Charges have been dropped against a teacher who was accused of having a sexual relationship with one of her students.
Abby McElhenny had been accused of having a relationship with a student at the school where she taught in South Carolina.
McElhenny graduated from Twin Valley in 2005.
