Two counties in our region are on opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to getting healthy.

Chester County is the healthiest place to live in Pennsylvania, according to an annual report on health trends. Philadelphia is ranked as the worst.

The report lists Berks County as the 17th healthiest county. Berks was 14th last year.

The study evaluates more than two dozen factors, including obesity, smoking and access to health care.
