Downed trees and power lines are the norm in Berks County.

Along Route 625 in Cumru Township on Tuesday, residents here say Hurricane Sandy lived up to the hype.

"The winds were so bad it was almost like a tractor trailer or a train was coming through the property," said Ray Krause.

Krause says he is lucky though, because he and his family still have power.
