ONTELAUNEE TWP., Pa. -

The Keystone Soldiers group is working to send thousands of stockings to our troops overseas.

Volunteers started sorting through donated snacks and toiletries Tuesday morning. They said they want to send 10,000 stockings to U.S. troops who can't be home for the holidays.

They are also sending a record number of cards.

"We are shipping actually over 50,000 cards this year, which is absolutely amazing to me how much this project has grown in the last 10-1/2 years," said Kyle Lord, founder

Volunteers from as far away as Florida are helping sort through items in Ontelaunee Township.
