They're shining a light on mental health at Penn State University's Berks campus.

Students had the chance to stop by a mental health fair Wednesday afternoon. It was loaded with resources to let students know help is available.

"Through the mental health fair, we're hoping to break some of that stigmatization and get students to understand that mental health issues are quite common and treatable, and so by knowing that, hoping they come to the fair for the help they might need," said Andrea Kolb, asst. director of student affairs.

Students were also encouraged to post anonymous secrets on a display board. It let students get things off their chest -- and in some cases -- see they aren't the only ones feeling a certain way.
