Police: Man steals horse, refuses to reveal its location

LENHARTSVILLE, Pa. -

A Berks County man is accused of stealing a three year-old black stallion.

Mervin Martin is facing a slew of charges, including theft.

The horse was stolen from a home on Featherhill Road in Lenhartsville.

Authorities said the horse's owner asked Martin about the horse and Martin allegedly said, "When you pay me I will tell you where the horse is."

The horse is still missing.
