A group of aspiring stylists spent the day sharpening their skills for a good cause.

Students at the Berks Career and Technology Center held a cut-a-thon Wednesday as part of their senior project.

The proceeds from the event will benefit the Keystone Wounded Warriors which is a non-profit group that helps wounded veterans and their families.

In addition to haircuts, the students offered a variety of different services.

"We have pedicures, manicures, bake sale, we have chair and hand massages next door, that they're donating money to Wounded Warriors, too," said Jalena Migliaccio.

There's still time to get a new "do" and help the cause.

The cut-a-thon runs until 7:00pm.
