READING, Pa. -

A Reading School Board member will be up for re-election in November after all.

Yvonne Stroman didn't get enough votes in the Democratic primary in May to earn one of the four spots on the November ballot.

A count of the absentee ballots, however, has changed the results of the election, giving Stroman a total of 1,264 votes.

The votes are enough for Stroman to appear on the ballot in November's general election, said county election officials, who certified the results of the May primary on Thursday.
