READING, Pa. -

Several people in Berks County got a rude awakening Thursday morning when authorities came knocking during a countywide drug sweep.

Ten of 15 suspects being sought have been arrested, said District Attorney John Adams, who announced results of the operation during a news conference at the Berks County Services Center.

"Today’s roundup is an example of our relentless commitment to eliminate all levels of narcotics and dangerous drug traffickers in Berks County," Adams said.

The suspects arrested during the roundup were identified by authorities as:

The arrests are the result of a 9-month investigation conducted by the district attorney's drug task force and the Pennsylvania State Police.

During the investigation, officials said undercover detectives bought drugs, which included cocaine, heroin, LSD and marijuana, with values ranging from $20 to $1,000.

The five suspects who remain at large are identified as:
