READING, Pa. -

A homicide suspect from Puerto Rico is now behind bars in Berks County.

U.S. Marshals apprehended Felix Andino-Nieves as he was walking out of a home in the 200 block of South 10th Street in Reading on Monday morning.

Andino-Nieves, 42, was being sought in connection with a deadly shooting in Toa Baja, P.R., on July 3, 2005.

Information developed by the U.S. Marshals led them to locate Andino-Nieves at the home in Reading.

According to 69 News' records, Andino-Nieves is the fourth homicide suspect from Puerto Rico to be arrested by authorities in Berks County since November 2012.
