Workers had to be rushed to safety after a fire broke out at a factory in Berks County, officials said.
The fire was reported around 12:30 p.m. Sunday at the Kutztown Wire and Cable plant on Willow Street.
Officials on the scene said the fire broke out somewhere near the top the building.
It took firefighters more than an hour to tame the flames. Extra assistance had to be called in due to the hot conditions outside.
No injures were reported.
Investigators have not yet determined what sparked the fire.
