MUHLENBERG TWP., Pa. -

Police used a Taser to subdue a man who they said broke into a home, went through the homeowners' possessions, and then put on a woman's thong and bra.

Officers were dispatched shortly before 7 p.m. Tuesday to a home in the 3500 block of Rosewood Road in Muhlenberg Twp., Berks Co.

According to court documents:

Scott A.P. Heilman was sleeping upstairs when he woke up to hear someone enter the home and walk around the lower level.

Moments later, Kevin Mager, who was known to Heilman, walked in to Heilman's room wearing a lady's thong and bra and appearing to be under the influence of drugs.

Fearing that Mager may want to harm him, Heilman fled the home and called his father and police.

Responding officers found Mager on the second floor of the home. When Mager refused to obey their commands, officers deployed a Taser to subdue him, police said.

In addition to the undergarments he was wearing at the time, Mager was also in possession of a jewelry box and jewelry, according to court documents.

Mager, 20, was charged with burglary, receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking. He was committed to the Berks County Jail on $50,000 bail.
