KUTZTOWN, Pa. -

Kutztown University in Berks County is observing the 25th annual World AIDS Day.

The school's Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Resource Center is hosting several educational workshops Monday at the McFarland Student Union Multipurpose Room 218.

A screening of the film "How to Survive a Plague" will be held at 6 p.m.t in the auditorium of the student union.

The school is also displaying two large panels of the handmade AIDS Memorial Quilt that was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 1989 and the largest worldwide community art project.
