SPRING TWP., Pa. -

A man has admitted to taking pictures and videos of men and women using the restrooms on the Berks campus of Penn State University.

Mario Dino Mondelice used his iPhone between January and April of this year to record people in the stalls of the men's and ladies' restrooms inside the school's Franco Building while he was sitting on the toilet in an adjacent stall, according to court documents.

Investigators confiscated the phone and analyzed the images and videos to confirm where they were recorded.

Mondelice, 19, of Sinking Spring, was subsequently charged with invasion of privacy, criminal trespass and harassment.
