HARRISBURG, Pa. -

A local hero is being honored in Harrisburg.

The Pennsylvania House of Representatives adopted a resolution Monday, honoring Chief Warrant Officer Jarett Yoder, of Brecknock Twp., Berks Co.

Yoder was killed in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan in April. Many of Yoder's family members, including Yoder's widow and his parents, were at the state capitol to watch the resolution pass.
