Police are on the hunt for a bank robber in Berks County.
The holdup happened shortly before 2 p.m. Monday at the First Niagara Bank branch on Route 422 in Amity Township.
Initial reports from the scene were that the man showed a note demanding all the money. He then fled on foot. Police told 69 News they don't know how much cash he got away with.
Police described the robber as a clean-shaven white man who stands about six feet tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a dark blue or black hooded sweatshirt, gray windbreaker-type athletic pants, a dark baseball cap, sneakers, black-rimmed glasses, blue mittens and a gray scarf.
He was last seen running behind the Redner's Warehouse Market.
Police in neighboring Montgomery County have also been notified of the holdup.

A cash reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest.
