Some say enough with all the snow already
This latest round of snow has some in Berks County saying, "Enough!"
"I cannot stand it. It makes me want to move," said Chris Fetter, of Laureldale.
And it is wreaking havoc for drivers who must venture out into the elements.
"Slippery. Very slippery. Cars are sliding everywhere, buses sliding everywhere. It is nuts out there," said Alex Castillo, of Reading.
Some were trying to get a jump start on cleanup.
"Just trying to get a head start. I have all day to do it, so might as well get a jump on it," said Mike Hardy, of Muhlenberg Township.
"That is my plan here. Go little by little. Make it a little bit easier for me later on," said Fetter.
And while the consensus seems to be a distaste for snow...
"Man I am sick of it. I am tired of the snow. I just want it to be spring time or summer time already," said Castillo.
Others love it.
"I love the snow. It is pretty and it is cold but it is perfect cuddling weather, hot chocolate, all that good stuff that you just do not get in Florida," said Eric Lotz, of Mount Penn.
There was an average of about four inches of snow in Muhlenberg Township by around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. Sinking Spring also reported about four inches while Huffs Church had about 4.2 inches. Five inches had fallen in Shillington by 5:30 while 6.75 inches was on the ground in Exeter Township.
Road crews were steadily plowing to cut down on the amount of snow accumulating on the roads.
