A 60-year-old man from Philadelphia has been charged with forgery and related offenses.

Ralph Dade unlawfully withdrew, or at least tried to withdraw, thousands of dollars from other people's bank accounts, police said.

Dade tried to take out money at least four times at different Wells Fargo Bank branches in Berks County, police said.
