BETHLEHEM, Pa.

In a move one member referred to as “just following the law”, the Bethlehem Zoning Hearing Board Wednesday denied a request from Lehigh University to build a three-story apartment building on a 9,100 square-foot lot located at the southwest corner of West Packer and Montclair Avenues to house newly hired staff, faculty, and graduate students for which the university claims it currently has nothing to offer in living quarters.
