READING, Pa. -

The annual Reading Liederkranz Oktoberfest is officially under way and officials are making sure everyone gets home safely.

The festival has teamed up with StearClear this year.

StearClear is a designated driver service.

One driver drives you home in your own car while another follows along.

"We have a number of rides already booked throughout the weekend, we are looking at probably a minimum of 75 rides over the weekend, already booked," said Jordan Kreitz wih StearClear.

Oktoberfest is on Spook Lane in Lower Alsace Township.

It continues at 5:00 Friday and at noon on Saturday and Sunday.
