2 dogs die in fire, 3 saved

READING, Pa. -

Reading firefighters battled a 2 alarm fire Friday afternoon in the city. No one was hurt, but 2 dogs died in the fire.

The fire started around 1:00pm at S. Ninth and Muhlenberg streets. Two homes were damaged in the fire.

Three other dogs were given oxygen on the scene by firefighters.
