Reading man dies in one-car crash

Officials have identified the man killed in a single car crash on Route 12 Thursday night.
David Ortiz, 21, of Reading, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, near the Spring Valley Road exit.
He was driving at excessive speeds in rainy conditions when his vehicle crashed into a guardrail around 10:45 p.m., according to the Berks County Coroner's Office.
