Reading mayor declines comment on campaign finance probe

READING, Pa. -

Reading Mayor Vaughn Spencer declined to comment Monday on an investigation of his campaign finances.

Spencer said he'll have plenty to say when the investigation is complete.

County election officials said the investigation is over contributions Spencer's campaign committee made to two Philadelphia council candidates.

Results of the probe are expected in about a month.
