A worker suffered serious burns in the area of Carpenter Technology in Reading.
First responders were called to the area of Front and Cathedral streets around 1:00 Monday afternoon.
According to initial reports, a worker was shocked and suffered second and third-degree burns.
There's no word on that person's condition.
Carpenter Technology produces specialty metals.
