Students in the Conrad Weiser School District "the Scouts" are proving they have big hearts.

Students made a video and put on shirts in support of Athletic Director Russ Kline.

69 News told you about the efforts to save Kline's life earlier this month.

He collapsed after a baseball game, and players and parents jumped into action.

They performed CPR and used an AED.

Kline was able to get emergency heart surgery.

The shirts say "Scouts Have Heart".

"I think it's perfect because Mr. Kline is known for having a big heart and wanting to do everything for people. So you think of the heart, and you think of the damage, but you also think of him because he cares about everybody so much," said Principal Betsy Adams.

Students are also working to raise money to put an AED near the baseball field.
