Looking for a way to wow your sweetheart this Valentine's Day?  Blake Morgan of Morgan's Restaurant joined 69 News at Sunrise with recipes to wow!  But don't worry, they're easy to make.

Shopping list:

4 portobello mushrooms

1 lb. of asparagus

2 lemons

1 ripe tomato

1 pkg strawberries

1 pkg blackberries or raspberries

1 pkg prepared crepes

1 4 oz ball of mozzarella

1 small pkg fresh basil

1 small bun parsley

1 small bottle of olive oil

4 ozs. grated parmesan

1 container of bread crumbs (enough for 1 cup)

2-8 oz salmon fillets

1 lb butter ( quarters)

1  8 oz container sour cream

1 lb light brown sugar

1 small bottle orange-flavored liquer ( triple sec, cointreau, grand marnier) available at local state store

1 dozen eggs

*** You should already have salt and pepper but check to be sure

 Extra credit: fresh flowers for the table
