The men accused of participating in the murder of a Berks County man were scheduled to be in court Monday, but that's on hold for now.
Michael Walker and his father Mark Ellis and a third man -- Brandon Simpkins --were scheduled for a preliminary hearing, but that's been postponed.
They are accused of killing 49-year-old Stephen Leibensperger in Shoemakersville in December.
Police say jealousy and robbery were the motives.
