SHILLINGTON, Pa. -

The owner of a used car dealership in Shillington has been charged with theft and related offenses.

Detectives say Troy Wible, the owner of Second Chance Auto Sales, sold vehicles on consignment without reimbursing the original owners.

He's also accused of taking money for titles and transfers without notifying PennDOT.
Detectives say the scheme started in December at Wible's dealership in the 2300 block of Lancaster Pike.

In all, investigators say 61 customers, four businesses and two lending companies lost more than 950 thousand dollars.
